this is very well done. though it could use some improvement in some areas. it is a shame im at school right now or i would do more right now. i can see that with a strong community the site could rival minitokyo in the future.

i love cradle of filth, very very talented band, its hard to say what my favorite song is... maybe absinthe with faust... the whole nymphetamine album is brilliant. but midian and Cruelty and the Beast are excellent albums as well.

i love nin, they trent reznor has been an idol for me for a while, i love his music although i think he kind of fell apart from his roots after he cleaned up and released with teeth. that album wasnt nearly as powerful to me as pretty hate machine or the downward spiral. still a fan though

and seriously Alfredigital, was there a reason for putting closer's chorus all in caps like that? kind of a pointless post if you ask me, maybe you should read the Policy before posting crap like that.

Thats exactly what i thought before reading the preview and watching the movie. it does look pretty smooth, and the graphics look above par... but those shouldnt be issues with the supposed power of the ps3. i love samurai champloo, this game does look a little generic but i hope that its not.

working with flat file databases seems to me to be very tiresome and outdated, even on a small scale, MySQL databases are much more efficient to use and imo a lot easier to deal with. even with that said, it is still a nice tutorial and probably useful to someone new at php, i know that when i first started out i used flat file dbs for a lot of things, it helped me build basic skills that i use on a much larger scale today. Thanks for the contribution Vinght777

BTW, you need a ';' at the end of the name, age, and hobby echos for the file to parse correctly

to my knowlegde and in my own experience, using straight up cookies you cant get a value from one domain to the other. This Page has a great faq to refrence to if you want to check it out. but other then an intricate XSS setup, or something like that i dont think you would be able to do it. not easially anyway

i have so much i have to use both an 80gb internal and part of my 200gb external. if i had a dvd burner i would probably archive most of it onto dvds. but on my external it is easier to share with people.

this game is really fun, i have black edition for ps2 and i just beat the game yesterday. (with only 80% career complete) The ending pursuit is crazy though. still really fun i got around $3 million bounty for it. now i have to go back and do all the races i didnt do for the blacklist not to mention all 70 of the challenge races.

has anyone else seen this movie? pretty much saw 2 on speed with a huge twist. I went and saw it yesterday and i must say it is one of the best horror movies ive seen. i loved the plausability of the plot, and the fact that you are pretty much in the dark about things until towards the end of the movie. the ending was very satisfying too. I thought it was much less disgusting then people made it out to be though. still, a movie not for the squeemish. if you like the horror genre i would definitly reccomend this movie.

yeah the new korn is really good imo, they do have a new touch to their style that makes it a little smoother and easier to listen too, overall "see you on the other side" is a great album

try dipping apple slices in eggnog, its pretty good
and @ minebann, vinegar on celery is very good, havent tried it on carrots yet though... or sandwitches :p

IMO, creating a new thread, (that already exists btw) in very poor english, all in caps, is very annoying and immature. please read the minitokyo policy and try and follow it, its not that hard to do. this threads probly going to be closed soon anyway.

the last game i played (and im still playing) was Star Ocan 3 for ps2, and i have to say thay so far i am very impressed with it, i just bought it at gamestop for $20, and it was definitly worth the money. its not the best game ive ever played, but its still very enjoyable, i would reccomend it to anyone who likes rpgs.

those are 2 excellent points about this series. if you dont pay close attention to the details, you will undoubtably be lost and confused. Paranoia Agent was a great series, i love anime that dive into your psyche and test the fabric of the mind. Paranoia Agent and Serial Experiments Lain are two excellent series that anyone whose interested in psycology must watch.

whenever im at work, which is mainly the only time i have soda, i always have Sierra Mist with some cherry juice in it, so i guess Sierra Mist would be my favorite

i havent had that much organic food, but from what i have eaten, i dont like it. i had some really salty organic bacon, and i had some organic turkey that tasted just like regular turkey, both of which i bought for 3 times the cost of course. even if its healthier for you, it doesnt seem to be worth it.

i will almost never study, i learn and retain all i need to know just by listening to the lectures or reading the assigned text, the only test i ever studied for was the SAT, i think studying is overrated, you just end up forgeting what/if you learned in the long run

im so glad that the webdev forum is getting other topics besides html and blogs... anyway nice to see your interested in php... well here are some great resources to get started

PHP Function List <-- great list from php.net that lists all standard functions in php
PHP Freaks is a great site with code examples, tutorials, and forums. has MySQL info too
Begginers Course <-- just the w3schools intro to php, nothing special, but if your brand new to it, read this one first
Zend.com Developer Zone <-- great place for code snippets and general help, if you ever get serious with php development, zends php IDE is the Best for php development/debugging.
Codewalkers Forum and Codewalkers Tutorials are pretty neat and usefull.

You should also check out some ebooks, reading is nice, and its a great way to learn it, but in my experience, first hand knowledge is the best way to go, just get a version of php and in IDE and start practicing! i hope i helped and i hope that you are well on your way to learning php!
